Now in its 14th edition and rich in cultural references, the AltaRomAltaModa event will be held from 31 January to 3 February 2009 at the S. Spirito in Sassia complex. Fashion shows, performances, exhibitions and more besides. A first ever worldwide premiere  for Fashion on Paper. Hadrian’s Temple will become a centre of experimentation for fashion publishing. The event will be inaugurated by the exhibition ‘Italian Portfolio - Vreelandesque Omaggio a Diana Vreeland 1903 - 1989’ (Italian Portfolio - Vreelandesque Tribute to Diana Vreeland 1903 - 1989’) dedicated to the first article that appeared in the 1947 edition of Harper’s Bazaar on Italian fashion.The exhibition of unpublished works, Theo by Richard Avedon dedicated one of the most famous photographers of all times.
