INFORMATIONS

The request and the needed material must be sent within January 8, 2020 following the modalities reported in the Regulation.

SELECTION

The idea and the correspondence of the projects will be evaluated according to the company’s targets and standards, keeping in mind the artistic merits.

The following material is required for the evaluation:

  • Company/corporate profile;
  • Short illustration of the event of which is requested insertion in the calendar.

More explanatory materials could be requested to the candidates.

Al the materials must be sent:

  • Through PEC (Certified Electronic Mail) to our address altaroma@pec.it

OPPURE

  • On USB pendrive, by postal envelope recommended with return receipt, indicating in the object: “Request for participation to the event Altaroma January 2020” to send to Altaroma – Via dell’Umiltà 48, 00187, Roma

FACILITIES

Altaroma will provide facilities to those requesting entry in the calendar (see the complete list in the Regulation)

The movements of journalists, fashion bloggers and buyers will be facilitated to follow the different events of the In Town calendar.

The entry in the calendar, if selected, will be possible only upon payment of the participation fee, within January 13, 2019.

NOTES

The fashion shows will take place between 9 a.m. and 9.30. p.m. Altaroma reserves the faculty to insert the show in the most coherent area of the sections on the calendar.

Altaroma in in no way bound to grant any preferences on the spaces. The result of the selection will be promptly communicated to those interested.
