Showcase is a promotional window for new talents who wish to present their accessory and clothing collections to a public of fashion insiders. The project aims to establish commercial relationship and facilitate the contacts B2B between emerging brands and national and international buyers.
Showcase was born as a natural follow up to the Scouting activities by Altaroma in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and the Italian Trade Agency. The project, dedicated to brands of Italian Fashion, with Italian production, is reserved to young designers and independent brands of Made in Italy, a worldwide recognized excellence.
Showcase Roma and Showcase London
The project started form Rome, reaching London in May 2019 and aims to touch the principal fashion capitals in the near future, with the intention to carry out of the national and European limits the talents of young creatives of Made in Italy.
How Showcase works
Showcase inserts itself in the context of the Roma Fashion Week. During the event, the selected brands will be presented inside Altaroma and may exhibit their collections to buyers and national and international press members.
The numbers of Showcase
Showcase Roma, this year at its fourth edition, has seen the participation of more than 150 independent designers of Made in Italy introduced to buyers and national and international press members.
